Independent Review Panels
An Independent Review Panel is convened when a parent asks for a Governing Board's decision not to reinstate a permanently excluded pupil to be independently reviewed.
Permanent Exclusions
When a Headteacher decides to permanently exclude a pupil, the school's Governing Board must consider whether the pupil should be reinstated.
Complaint Management
A complaint that cannot be resolved informally may be escalated to a formal Hearing under the school's Complaints Policy.
Employment Hearings
Clerks of London supports schools and other employers with the organisation and clerking of formal Employment Hearings, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
